Each MAD Sail is precision cut and hand sewn using the highest quality materials. As avid sailors, Ryan and Stacey have refined the sail shape and pattern to get every breath of wind out of the sails. The sail has been designed to accommodate light and heavy air.
- The Mad AP cut is designed for average weight sailors in a wide range of conditions.
- The Mad Max cut is fuller and more powerful than the AP, and it has a shelf foot. It’s more suited to heavier sailors.
- The Mad LT cut is flatter with less roach, and it’s suited for lighter sailors (under 170 lbs) who are overpowered in heavy air.
What Comes With Each MAD Sail
Tapered battens, large foot window, radial patches, tell-tales, numbers, class insignia, and bag.
