It’s been over 20 years in the making, but the MAD Sails sail loft of our dreams is finally here!  While our sails have always been hand made in Wisconsin, USA, after many years of building sails and working out of basements and rented spaces, we now have our very own designated superstructure.

Unlike most sail lofts where manufacture is done on the floor and sailmakers are forced to kneel, 99% of the sails we build are assembled on massive work benches and rolling tables.  We have four industrial sewing stations and plenty of storage.  Our increased enormous floor space allows for large sail repairs and new design opportunities.

We are delighted to take MAD to the next level!
