Performance Engineering: Dimension Polyant HTP® plus

We construct our Lido 14 mainsails using Dimension Polyant HTP® plus. This high-tenacity “one-design” cloth is the gold standard for shape stability.

• Zero-Stretch Leech: The HTP+ finish ensures your leech won’t “fall away” in a breeze, maintaining your power and pointing ability.

• Crisp & Responsive: This cloth reacts instantly to your vang and outhaul adjustments, allowing you to flatten the sail for heavy air or power it up for light-air lake racing.

Advanced Features for the Competitive Sailor

• RBS Tapered Battens: We include three precision-tapered RBS battens. These ensure a smooth, aerodynamic “exit” for the wind, preventing the hard spots or “stalling” common with standard battens.

• Tactical Visibility: Every main features a reinforced foot vision window, giving you a critical view of leeward traffic and marks during tight mark roundings.

• Hand-Finished Durability: From the reinforced headboard to the hand-sewn tack, this sail is built to withstand the high-cycle use of a busy racing season.

Our Lido 14 mainsails are built to strict Lido 14 Class Association specifications and are fully legal for all sanctioned events.
