Whether you’re cruising the lake or teaching the next generation to sail, our Sunfish® replacement sails are handcrafted in our local loft with the same attention to detail we put into our championship-winning sails.

Premium Woven Sailcloth

We use the same high-tenacity lightweight woven polyester found in our Butterfly and Barnett sails. This cloth is specifically chosen for its supple hand, UV resistance, and colorfastness, ensuring your sail stays vibrant for seasons to come.
