Mad Sails utilizes a tape-only construction. Tape bonded construction keeps weight to a minimum without sacrificing strength — no needle holes, no unnecessary bulk.

• Zero-Pucker Seams: Traditional stitching can cause puckering or draw along the seams, which distorts the sail’s designed shape. Our bonded seams lay perfectly flat, ensuring the spinnaker achieves its maximum projected area and stays put over time.
